FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
RUTGER WIESE
Rutger Wiese is one of North America's most accomplished high-performance field hockey coaches, with more than 20 years of experience developing athletes and teams from the youth level to international competition. A six-time European champion as a player, he combines elite playing experience with a proven track record of building winning programs.

As Head Coach of the USA Men's National Team (2017-2020), Wiese built the country's first integrated junior-to-senior high-performance pathway, led Team USA to qualification for five major international tournaments, and guided the program to multiple international medals, including gold at the 2018 World Series Round 1. He also served as a high-performance consultant to the Japan Women's National Team during its preparation for the 2024 Olympic Qualifier.
At the collegiate level, Wiese has transformed programs at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, and UMass Lowell, producing NCAA Final Four appearances, conference championships, All-Americans, and National Players of the Year. He currently brings that same world-class philosophy to Field Hockey School, helping teams and athletes develop the technical, tactical, physical, and mental foundations for long-term success.

COACH
PARMEET PAUL SINGH
Parmeet Paul Singh is one of the most accomplished players in USA Men's National Team history, earning 101 international caps over a distinguished 12-year career. A two-time Pan American Games competitor and three-time Pan American Cup athlete, he helped Team USA capture bronze medals at the 2017 Pan American Cup and the 2019 Pan American Games.
Beyond the international stage, Singh competed professionally in England with Southgate Hockey Club and in Germany with Stuttgarter Kickers HTC and Crefelder HTC, gaining valuable experience in two of Europe's most competitive hockey environments.
Today, Singh serves as Head Coach of the USA U21 Men's National Team and USA Field Hockey's West Coast Boys Engagement Manager, where he is helping develop the next generation of elite American players.
COACH
STEPHEN HAMILL
Stephen Hamill is an accomplished coach with experience developing athletes from youth programs to the collegiate level in both Ireland and the United States. He currently serves as Head Coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) after leading Queen's University Belfast from 2022-2026, where he built a reputation for developing student-athletes on and off the field.
In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Hamill served as Head Coach of the U-15 program at Royal Belfast Academical Institution and as a Regional Coach for Ulster Hockey's U13-U16 pathway, helping develop some of Ireland's top young talent.

As a player, Hamill represented Ireland at the U16 and U18 international levels, bringing firsthand international experience to his coaching philosophy. Through Field Hockey School, he is committed to developing technically skilled, tactically intelligent, and confident athletes who can perform at the highest level.
