High Performance Training Program // Spring 2022

Join Coaches Rutger Wiese and Steve Danielson this spring for an inspiring new 8-week program. Our mission is to provide superb supplemental training in a high-performance setting where athletes can reach their full potential based on technique, tactics, physicality and mentality.

Coach Danielson:

— High Performance Coaching Director West Coast region / — Consultant for Team USA: 2016-2020 — USAFH Level II Coach Educator — FIH Level III certified — USA Field Hockey Hall of Fame Inductee

• Bronze Medal at Pan American Cup in Lancaster, Pa (2017)

— College coaching experience: 13 years — 5 time National Championships in Europe as an Athlete — FIH Level III certified; invited to Level IV

Our strength and conditioning coach will work with all athletes each week to improve in all physical areas including mechanics, strength, speed and endurance.  We have a goalie coach for specialist training with all our goalkeepers.
